US Palm's CAT 4 Storm AR-15 rifle and EOS suppressor lineup have reached dealers nationwide, capping a rollout that began when US Palm debuted both product families at SHOT Show 2026 in January, The Firearm Blog reported October 27. Both lines are manufactured under license by B&T USA, marking a significant repositioning of US Palm—a brand historically known for AK-platform magazines—into the premium AR rifle and suppressor market.

US Palm CAT 4 Storm Rifle 5.56 NATO

5.56 NATO AR-15 with billet 7075-T6 receivers and cold hammer forged barrel

The CAT 4 Storm is built on billet 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a cold hammer forged 4150 chrome-moly barrel and a Hiperfire EDT drop-in trigger. The rifle ships in two configurations: a 16-inch rifle with a mid-length gas system and an 11.5-inch pistol variant, both chambered in 5.56 NATO. The fully ambidextrous control layout runs from the charging handle through the bolt release and safety, reflecting B&T USA's institutional experience with ambidextrous users in the military and law enforcement markets. MSRP for both configurations is $1,399.99.

Paired with the Storm line are four Eye of the Storm (EOS) suppressors. The EOS-556 covers 5.56 NATO, the EOS-AK handles 7.62x39, and the EOS-30 expands to centerfire .30 caliber. The EOS-30Ti is a titanium variant of the .30-caliber option for weight-conscious buyers. The first three suppressors use 3D-printed Inconel 718 baffles—an additive manufacturing process that B&T USA employs for its commercial suppressor production and that yields complex internal geometries not achievable with conventional machining. The EOS-30Ti switches to titanium for a lighter package. All four use a HUB-compatible mounting interface, making them compatible with the growing ecosystem of QD muzzle devices already in the field. The EOS-AK, EOS-556, and EOS-30 are priced at $899.99 each, with the EOS-30Ti at $999.99.

According to Ballistic Magazine's coverage when the products first shipped in the spring, US Palm and B&T USA positioned the EOS line as a premium suppressor offering for American consumers who want military-adjacent manufacturing quality without European import delays. The HUB interface in particular reflects an awareness of the existing user base who have already invested in compatible muzzle devices for other suppressor brands.

The full dealer rollout coincides with a changed regulatory environment. The ATF issued guidance on October 9 stating it would no longer require NFA approval before making or transferring suppressors following a federal court ruling in Texas, a change that simplifies the purchase process at the retail level and removes the months-long approval wait that previously applied. For dealers, that means the EOS suppressors can now move through the same process as a standard firearm transfer rather than sitting in a Form 4 queue.

US Palm's CAT 4 Storm rifle and EOS suppressors are available through the company's dealer network, distributed nationally. Buyers should verify stock at their local dealer, as initial distribution quantities will vary by region during the rollout period.
