SIG Sauer has unveiled the P320-NIGHTSHIFT, a Custom Works pistol built around a compensated full-size P320 platform and finished in a Platinum Cerakote and Burnt Titanium PVD combination. The Firearm Blog published its first look at the new model, with SIG Sauer now listing the NIGHTSHIFT on its product page ahead of dealer availability. MSRP is $2,479.99, and the SKU is 320SXGF-9-BXR3-COMP-BLUE.
The P320-NIGHTSHIFT is chambered in 9mm and built on the full-size P320 frame. Its 4.6-inch carbon steel barrel is threaded, paired with a single-port expansion chamber compensator that SIG bills as providing substantial recoil reduction. The optic-ready slide wears Platinum Cerakote and cuts to the SIG-LOC PRO footprint, accepting a full range of direct-mount red dots. The matching SXG steel grip module brings the loaded weight to 47.1 ounces, heavier than a standard P320 but consistent with a steel-frame competition build. Controls, trigger, magwell, and compensator are finished in Burnt Titanium PVD — a heat-reactive coating that produces a spectrum of color unique to each part, so no two pistols will look entirely alike. Grip panels are custom Hogue Circle Cell units. XRAY3 Day/Night sights come installed, and the NIGHTSHIFT ships with two 21-round steel magazines.
SIG's Custom Works program has produced a series of limited and semi-limited runs under the NIGHTSHIFT name, positioning the label as its high-visibility aesthetic tier. The P211-GTO NIGHTSHIFT, previewed at SHOT Show 2026 and shipping this spring, occupies the aluminum-frame single-action market. The P320-NIGHTSHIFT targets the striker-fired full-size competition and duty-carry buyer who wants a factory-built compensated pistol with the look of a custom shop build. The Firearm Blog observed that the Burnt Titanium PVD finish is particularly suited to the aesthetic intent — because the color outcome varies by part geometry and surface area, the pistol reads as intentionally varied rather than mismatched.
The compensated, threaded barrel and optic-ready slide make the NIGHTSHIFT a natural host for both a red dot and a suppressor. The 21-round magazine capacity exceeds most carry guns in the same weight class and positions the pistol as a range and competition primary, though SIG's product description explicitly includes carry among its intended roles.
EuroOptic and other authorized SIG dealers have posted listings for the model, and pricing at street level is expected to track closely with the $2,479.99 MSRP given the Custom Works positioning. Buyers interested in pre-ordering should confirm FFL transfer terms with their local dealer. No ship date has been formally announced.
